Now that Washington & Colorado have truly legalized marijuana---which law is better??

As far as being pro-MJ, which law gives us stoners more liberties in smoking cannabis. Which one is better IYHO

There are very few HUMBLE opinions in the Politics section.

Just saying

in wa state its legal to grow up to 6 plants after applying for your licence(250$). after being approved you pay 1000$ every year in feb to maintain the licence. you must post that you grow weed on the property and no persons under the age of 21 can be on the property. you can sell your weed at whole sale to a licensed retailer but not retail for your self.
