Can anyone tell me if an npk ratio of 6.3.10 is healthy for any stage of growth either veg or flowering thanks buds

It's a bit high in K. It should be acceptable (but nowhere near ideal) otherwise for veg. cn

Ooff I'm using bio grow and bio bloom can I add big bud or monster bloom etc

I think that, based on the analysis if leaf tissue, "they" have discovered that the idea ratio for cannabis in veg is 3-1-2. Granted, this will change from strain to strain, but it's a good reference point.
If you are using biobizz, which by the names you mentioned, I think you are, then they have a lot of kelp in there. Kelp has nutrients that are not represented in the NPK listings, but will feed your plant as it's broken down in the soil. There are a lot of people with brand loyalty to biobizz. It's good stuff
