As said in the video Trump might not know where he will go with his agenda, and its up to the big businesses to impress him with compliance, and the end users not to go crazy and start crashing cars etc...and just everyone be responsible as we mostly already are already.
The new president (in my eyes) is definitely a wild card and already changing direction on Obama care, and maybe looking for the right side to sell him on topics he isnt well versed on currently.
