What do you guys think??

I'm running fox farm hydro trio in RO water with calmag (but I have been light handed dosing with the calmag so maybe I need more?)

PH is always between 5.6-6.2
PPMs are 520 and the girls are a bit over 4 weeks.

I use a mag pump to circulate my water from cooler to cooler... I've heard this can fck up certain nute levels too... Hydro is beginning to frustrate me LoL

Anyone????

Up your calmag and nutes in general. At 4 weeks I would think you shoud be close to 1000ppm
Bro I just hunted around and don't know why the fck I was at 500ppms LoL everywhere says to hit 700-1000 when entering bloom LoL I just dumped some more calmag and tiger bloom in and got it to 720... if they do well with that I may push it higher gradually since NL is supposed to be pretty resilient.

I agree, up the nute count and see what happens, I had the same thing literally days go and upped the nutes and new growth is now lush and green. Had the same brown speckled leaves.

I saw this same exact issue on mine about a month ago. I started using "sweet" and it corrected the issues within days. I would try using something else besides Calmag. I have always had success with Calmag, however, i felt that "sweet" does a better job addressing the Mg issue.

Also, would RO water i would stay around 750-800 since 1000ppms is mostly directed to people who do not use RO water according to my local hydro store.

Which flavor sweet do you use? I was thinking about trying the "raw" one they have...

IMO the Calmag and Magical are the 2 best calcium, magnesium and iron supplements for none organics. Earth Juice Microblast rocks for organics. And if you have a severe magnesium def. then a foilar spray with Epsom Salts is hard to beat.

Feed your plants what they need not what someone says to feed them. Reading your plants and feeding accordinaly is key to becoming a master grower.

Back to the def or burn question. Not saying you have rust(airborne spore) but a good dose of neem oil wouldn't hurt. Just in case.
