Nute Burn or Something Else?

A while back I had added some cow compost and mushroom compost to the soil and mixed it.

I've flushed it with water and I think all that water stressed it.

Any advice on this?

yeah man you over watered and over nutes

leave it be, if in 4 days it looks worse try flushing again
