I would use the 36-6-6 because it has much more of the needed N than the other fertilizer. Start at a 1/4 strength solution and work your way up so you don't burn the plant. When you go into flowering you should change your nutes to one with a higher P & K value (N-P-K is the numbers you see, i.e. the 36-6-6 is 36N-6P-6K)

Yea the 36-6-6 i was thinking because of the high nitrogen levels in it, but the only thing tht made me hesitate is that it said it had like somewhere around 13-36% chlorine in it. I know that chlorine is bad for any plants really, thats why tap is horrible for plants(well not better than pure water). But if anyone would like to tell me that the chlorine is fine, that'd be nice =)
I was thinking since chlorine evaporates, I could pour the nutes in the water, and let it set, but would the nitrogen eventually evaporate with it to?

YEA! the 10-15-10 one is the mystery one freinds plant, but if yours was like that, then he must have overdone it a lil.
