Nutmegs shit. Honestly not worth the effort or even the price (and its pretty cheap). Me and some mates experimented with it several time back and highschool because one friend was sure it gets you high as a Mf after reading it online. We tried everythin. 10 wont give you a mean high for 3 days etc or anything anywhere near that awesome. its basically poisioning yourself, the dose generally only being enough to raise your temperature, make you feel delerious, nasiuos etc. Id say stick with weed. Wont make you sick, tastes a Fook lot better and gets you high
