Nutrient burn?

Hi guys this looks like your regular nute burn but I just wanted to make sure cuz I see some brown edges as well as the burnt tips. I know its not K defiecient I gave them plenty lately. it could be low humidity though becuase my humidity has been running low . but could it cause burns like this? the ph is around 6.5 . and what is the procedure from here? low dose of nutes or just plain water

Certain nutrients are only available at certain ph levels.. if your ph is out and your plants aren't using the nutes you could get salt build up and lockout.

How far into flower are you and what are they in? Temps? Ec? I'd also back of the nitrogen in flower you maybe overdone it. The plant will use a lot less nitrogen in flower than in veg!

yes i backed off the nitrogen . im about a month and a week in and these burns havent gotten worse since i upped the humidity so fingers crossed.

the coloring in your pics makes things difficult/turn off lights and use flash

I could be wrong
we need some info on your nutes to be sure but,

my guess

when your humidity is low you plants drink more therefore requiring lower EC
when the humidity is high they drink less requiring fractionally higher EC

kind of like if you ate 5 small meals thru the day vs 3 large meals

lower your over all EC

I also believe you have magnesium def... or possibly magnesium lock out... cuased by either excess K, excess calcium, or not enough magnesium
but again without info on your nutes I cant verify

tell me what nute line your using

and how much of each product in mls per gallon

whats your medium

can you provide better pics

its like PPM

if you don't use an EC meter

are you using a PPM meter? or no meter?

take a picture of the % info on each of the bottles and post them

are you growing in soil?

oh ok. no I don't use a PPM meter this is a problem I'm now realizing. tell me if I should make a new thread cuz the problem is getting worse. heres some more pics. i still need one of the bottles.

I also ran into PH problems about a week into flowering btw which was the biggest setback. it dipped below 6 because I'm stupid didnt use nearly enough lime. when I brought the pH back up I figured it would cure some issues but I also had low humidity at the time. so I've put these babies through a bit of stress D: just trying to salvage this one out. the second and third pictures are from the plant on the left and they look the worst to me. the leaves are all drooping and the sugar leaves are getting burnt

looking at the entire picture id say you did good

you've certainly backed off the N that's obvious

how many weeks/day into 12/12 are you?
if you in week 8 they look awesome
if your in week 6 its a little early to be that low on N

again without looking at your nute info im guessing but

on your next grow some calmag might be in order..guessing at 5mls per gallon and Epsom salt at 0.5 tp 1.0 grams per gallon... itll give you the little extra N they might want plus add the magnesium

its almost week 7. yeah I definately fucked up the N in early flower cuz my PH dipped below 6 D: I didn't want them to be this yellow . but I wont make that mistake again. some calmag is def in order next grow I agree. I ended up flushing with some epsom salts cuz I didn't know what else to do and they were thirsty we'll see what happens

Epsom saltis good

I don't think you N has anything to do with the ph being low

N is more available at lower PH

if your PH was higher youd likely have more N def sooner

but my N steadily went down even though I gave it heavy doses in early flower. so I assumed it was ph. when ph drops below 6 it stops taking in N , no?

well lemme re phrase. my whole plant steadily turned yellow even though I was adding a lot of N. so I assumed it was ph.

then that makes no sense. why else would an entire plant go pale green if not N deficient. Iwas giving it a LOT of N

it is true a plant will naturally leach N later in life

maybe you have one that does it early,,, I have a strain that does

at seven weeks its ok to leach it out

but if your experience premature N leaching because your not feeding enough N during flower because the directions on the bottle told you to do ABC that's another thing

if you give me the info on your nutes I can help you figure it out

you say theyre getting N but how do you know?

do you have more than 1 strain growing? are the other strains yellowing at 5 weeks also?
