Nutrient confusion

Hi

I am new to this forum and everything else, ehm. I am looking for somebody kind enough to help me understand a few things, as I have searched the Internet and was left really confused. This is the situation:

There's a plant that hasn't been on a proper fertilizer schedule, due to a lack of knowledge. She is in a BIOBIZZ Light-Mix soil, and has Bio-grow and Bio-bloom fertilizers available. She started recieving Bio-grow after being 3 weeks old, and about 30cm high. She would have it every third or fourth day, right after watering. I understand now that she was perhaps suppose to be given this much earlier, but this is how it went down. Week 5, she's about 50cm, having the tips of her leaves slightly curved.

These are my questions:

1) If you are meant to mix 2ml per liter water of Bio-grow, how much of this mixture does she need? The whole liter? A cup?

2)If you are meant to use it with every watering, does that mean that you water first and then ad mixture? Or is the liter of the mixture meant to be used as for both of those actions?

3)I thought that vegetative faze is suppose to last for about 2 months (during which time the light is on 18-6), followed by the flowering faze for another 2 months (12-12). But, the Biobizz Grow Schedule suggests that the vegetative faze is only 2 weeks long. Utterly confused here. How long is it?

4)Is she meant to be watered and given the fertilizer mixture once a week? (Just to confirm) - and how much water would be advised?

5)How to proceed or better, how to organize the fertilizing schedule from now on?

If I have too many questions, I'd be happy to have the answers to at least number 1, 2 and 3 as I have been looking through forums and I can't figure it out. There are millions of topics but none of them are telling me what I need to know.

Help would be so much appreciated!

1) You only water enough to wet the soil or medium of the pots. so a 8 litre pot might be three cups or so of mix. water untill the pots heavy and not too much so its draining out the holes.
2)You use the mix together with whatever additives and nutes. If using a lof of additives its wise to reduce the amount it says on the bottle by somewhat as ppm will go up. Iusually never go full strength on plants usually between half and 3/4 strength. 1/4 strength for new seedlings going into veg.

3)veg phase is however long you want it to be for however much room you have. remember plants will stretch sometimes more than 3 x what they were in veg into flowering. Often more if put outside with not much sunlight.
Usually though its about 2 x stretch depending on strain.

4)water when pots get light. dont over water dont under water.

5) im not sure what you're asking here. Do you have watering on a timer? if so i usually only water every second day with 8- 12 litre pots. but im using leds with hardly any heat.

1. Water till you get a small amount of runoff from the bottom of the pots

2. You add your nutrients to your water in the recommended order and dose then water your plant. Never add nutrients directly to the plant it's way too strong and will kill the plant.

3. Vegetative growth can last as long as you want. Many growers with large plant counts only go one to three weeks while growers who have strict plant counts veg for months on end to produce huge bushes

4. Your water schedule is completely dependent on how much your plants use up. Once you start to find the soil drying up you need to water again. You should be doing this every two to three days.

5. Make sure your roots have grown out nicely. The best way is to let your medium dry out after every watering and let those roots develop. Once they have grown out you should be able to water every other day and get into a regular cycle. If your roots aren't developed when you water your going to find it takes four or five days for the medium to dry up.
