Nutrient strength

So everyone says using a pre maid soil like fox farm you shouldn't really need to use any nutes until flower. So when you start nutes at 1/4 strength with tiger bloom what would that be per gal

Tiger Bloom calls for 2-3 teaspoons after the flip to 12-12. It's a little more forgiving as nutrients go. You can use it at around 1 teaspoon if thats what you wanted to do.
But, if it was me, I'd get myself a bottle of Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro and use it at around a teaspoon or so most of the way throughout then maybe a little bloom feed 4 weeks or so into flower.
This way, your plants will stay a healthy green from start to finish.

Every plant is different, I use FFOF and my Afghanis are dark green and maxed out on food..they are 7 weeks old in 3 gallon pots.. My Cheese candies are same age n been hit twice with Jacks Classic already.. I think I could probably repot these Afghanis in a slightly bigger pot with more FFOF and finish em with no added nutes the whole grow.

Agree with Corso, every plant act & needs different nutes......Afghanis tend to be very good with little or no nutes. Others can be heavy feeders, ya just got to become a plant whisperer and experiment until you see the lady respond:clap:....no Rocket science here. I give nutes throughout the grow cycle especially microbes for the soil and a little epsom salt everyother week.
