Nutrients and Fert help for new grower

I have done research on growing to help me with my new venture, but I don't understand the concept of what fertilizer to use, how much, when, and the differences between bloom and fertilizer. Your help is appreciated!

In general you want to use a "Grow" fertilizer, which is high in Nitrogen, during vegetative growth. You want to use a "Bloom" fertilizer when you switch to flowering which is lower in Nitrogen and higher in Phoshphorus. Unfortunately it's not quite that simple but this is a generally accepted rule of growing so it's a good place to start. Best of luck my friend.
