I’m growing seeds for first time they’re 2 weeks old and sprouted in coco how much green dream grow should I feed them?, and is it okay to put them under a 400 watt light?,

Follow the manufacturers feeding chart at 1/2 strength and work your way up & yes it will be fine to put under the 400 watter today

ease them into the light if you have them under fluoros now, start high and lower it little by little to acclimate them. Some people put them a few inches under an hid then are shocked when they expire.
