So, first off you might notice a long point of no pictures for the mother plants, which eventually just became the flower plants, they weren't doing all so hot, and I lost interest in the picture taking for a while, but I got a second wind as I put them into flowering, when the best pictures come out anyways. Should try to update daily, or every other day, with pictures taken. Started with four clones, they were in coco when I got them, so I put some coco pots between the dirt and the water so it didn't dirty it up. Then filled in the gaps with LECA pellets I think their called. Been using fox farm grow during veg, and b-52 from AN. flowering has a bunch of different AN stuff, x-factor, bud candy, big bud, later on the final phase or whatever. Have a nice ph meter, I try not to ph every day, and I end up filling off the buckets about every other day. Had some problems early on when they weren't doing so well, guess that was my fault the whole time, plants just grow, I gotta keep them stable.

don't know if i said it yet, but I was not quite impressed with these nyc diesel clones when I got them from a delivery service. Sucks that most places are closing down, and I need to rely on the delivery guy for clones, hence the reason I started cloning. Not that my clones were great at the beginning either, but that was my first time, and only two didn't make it out of like 9 or something.

Up until now I had always kept my plants in the same container. This led to a lot of root tangles last time I did it, so I put these bad girls on their rightful 5 gallon buckets. These pots were meant to strap on to the buckets, and fit nice and tightly. Every on had an airstone, though two of the airstones broke during this and weren't replaced for quite some time.
IMG_0102.jpgIMG_0103.jpgIMG_0104.jpgIMG_0105.jpgIMG_0106.jpgIMG_0110.jpgIMG_0119.jpgIMG_0111.jpgIMG_0112.jpgIMG_0117.jpgIMG_0118.jpgIMG_0120.jpg
and then the 1000W HPS bulb broke, and I switched back to my only one and a half month used 1000W MH light.
IMG_0445.jpgIMG_0128.jpgIMG_0129.jpgIMG_0130.jpgIMG_0132.jpgIMG_0223.jpgIMG_0235.jpgIMG_0334.jpgIMG_0335.jpgIMG_0416.jpgIMG_0417.jpgIMG_0418.jpgIMG_0428.jpg
It was at this point I left the plants un photographed for a while, focusing on the clones, and admitingly under watered the mothers. They were originally supposed to be mothers, so i practiced cloning for the first time with this batch of clones, which didn't do so well until I put them in some happy frog dirt I believe. I am still using plain water with them, as I recently moved from the red cups to maybe 6"x6" pots from the dollar store.
IMG_0560.jpgIMG_0561.jpgIMG_0562.jpgIMG_0570.jpgIMG_0571.jpgIMG_0572.jpgIMG_0559.jpgIMG_0555.jpgIMG_0554.jpg
Then I started to flower out the mothers, and said I will just start successive cloning every generation. Maybe at some point grab one of the clone's that's doing really well and keep it as a mother, but until then I plan on making more and more every generation. I started with four, now have 7, and want to fit my 5'x5' with 16 plants in a 1'x1' pots, basically filling out the 25ft^2. hopefully if I grab 3 clones of these 7, 21 clones should leave me with 16 good ones, maybe even a mother, but time will tell.
IMG_0626.jpgIMG_0656.jpgIMG_0657.jpgIMG_0658.jpgIMG_0659.jpgIMG_0660.jpgIMG_0669.jpgIMG_0671.jpgIMG_0624.jpgIMG_0610.jpgIMG_0573.jpgIMG_0574.jpgIMG_0607.jpgIMG_0609.jpgIMG_0608.jpgIMG_0591.jpgIMG_0592.jpg
these aren't exactly in order by time, except each grouping is. Will keep posting as flowering goes on. almost done with week three, starting week four on sunday.

just starting this morning pretty much. THink I started on a sunday, so three weeks down and like five to go. Not to much of a smell yet, though I do have a steady air stream out my third floor window. So hopefully it won't get too smelly. Though I can put on the carbon filter, that'd just be some work, and I don't really care if it smells much. The last pic was taken this morning, the others, over the couple days since this site got shut down. I finally got my hps light, a little late, most people put it in just after week two, i got it here just after week 3. Should be fine though, the best part of the flowering stages are going up, when everything buds the fuck up, and everything fills out. I should have pics up through the end and harvest. Will write down yields, near the end of this, as I transfer out of DWC and back into regular indoor. If all goes well, I might use this harvest to help get a LED light or two, and maybe a co2 tank if I can sell what I grow to a cannabis club. They actually pay top dollar, if not, I will just hold onto it and smoke it while I keep on growing. My grows will be soil for a while, until I find a more enjoyable hydro set up than the current dwc. Maybe a rolling dwc, which would leave me with a single resivour to change, clean and fill. Instead of every single bucket needing attention daily. Might lead to more dependability.

looking pretty damn good, really happy with this hydro, crystaly as fuck, Should either get a couple ounces of some REALLY good, or a whole bunch of some pretty good stuff the way this stuff is looking. I'm hoping for two ounces a plant, about 8 ounces all together off the four plants in there now, They are a pretty good size so that is not outlandish. I am worried that the side and inner buds won't grow quite that well, but I didn't lollipop before flowering, and am scarred to stunt this growth by implementing anything yet. Maybe I could try it on just one, but that would make it weird inside there... I'll sees

Everything's going well, refilled the tanks last night. I like to do it every other night because I heard ph'ing every day could be possibly bad because nutrients are absorbed in different quantities at different ph's and if you stick at one too thoroughly then you could deplete it of certain necessities it would acquire at different phi's. I like to have the new water on the far end where the ph is when I water. In the beginning it usually umm lowers a whole bunch i think, probably because of all the new clay rocks, which I do ph but not thoroughly. After it steadies out, it usually just rises up slowly, so I water with about 6.0 or 6.2 water into the tank which is usually a high 6.8~ something. A lot of nutrients tend to sink to the bottom, so after mixing it up yesterday I noticed the ppm was about 1400. Good I guess for this stage of flowering. I will start using the over drive from advanced nutrients during week five and six. Then flush for 7/8.

so my stupid amazon HPS bulb I that was delivered no less than two weeks ago, DIED.... checked on the plants before going to sleep last night, and WTF no light. I usually don't try to open them for a little, cuz I guess theres some extra co2 going around in there from the sleep. So I don't even know when this light went out... I had to put back in my MH even though they are starting week 5 today... So I guess this will be flowered out for the rest of the time in MH. The bulb from amazon was 40 dollars, so I guess it was too cheap... fuckers though, make it last longer than that shit. I have a switchable digital ballast so I know it shouldn't have been that... anyways, heres some in the dark photos, and then the under mh photos from last night and tonight...

Yah, hps does that with a lot of cameras. I was lucky it wasn't happening with my phone. Used to, but that was my old phone. Radiation though? interesting, though it had something to do with the frequency or something, that was just a total guess though haha...

yeah i feel you on wanting a more time efficient harvest ,how many weeks are they supposed to finish at? and it looks like your going to have a lot of trimming ahead of you harvest time
