Nice grow dude, lol thats jokes about sneakin a hps in there while hes gone, should notice a big difference, although it would probably be better in the plants last 2 weeks im sure it will help alot.

Where are you crossing? you know males/herms can pollenate up to 100metres?

Also pH dosnt cause fems to turn male, a fem seed is a fem seed that can however turn hermaphrodite under stressed conditions

Id like to stress a male to see if it makes buds :D
Nox thnx for stoppin in. It's gotta be better to use it than not use the hps for 2 weeks.

& I'm well aware of how sex, stress, & ph work, I never said anything about ph? That being said I haven't bothered to ph this grow once because I really haven't noticed enough of a problem that would be a ph issue with any of my plants.

I also am not using a herm for pollen. I chopped a large WW male all the way down to the final node & his pollen sacs have barely even formed now 2 weeks after I copped him, they won't be ready for another two weeks & they will be very small. I have a lil experience with cross pollenating before & it's really easy so I'm not even worried about it. I just grow a couple small male flowers & pollenate a lower bud on whatever female I choose. Also it keeps it real simple because I know any seeds will be from the WW cross if a little pollen does get loose in the room.

I wouldn't count on being able to stress a male plant into producing bud. I haven't heard of it nor would I take the time. You can be my guest though & give us a smoke report when you are done. :D

thnx yea im goin to flush.i fed them and the pots are still kinda heavy so should i wait until they need watering again?then flush

i think i also may have rootbound....rockell is low in pot:/
If you really want to flush em good you don't have to wait. Use a good gallon or two of water & then transplant to a larger container if you really want better results.

The pH wasnt aimed at you bro! Someone said pH turns fems male lol.

Yeah i was reluctant to try herming a male lol and dont think i will bother.

So you keep only a couple pollen sacks? Do you get many seeds from this?

My bad man I didn't see where it was mentioned, maybe it was further back in the thread.

Ya I just make sure I have enough pollen to get 10-12 seeds or so from an individual bud site on a desired plant. It works well enough. My own little amateur technique.

Haha i like it, what do you do then just aim the pollen sacks at the bud you want seeds on? I would of thort it would of flew about everywhere like spores

I just want for the male flower to open & I rub it directly on the desired bud site.

A few leaves have taken some cfl burns. I know I don't have any direct heat stress tho, temps are nice n consistent. Thanks for stopping by & for the good word, your stuff is lookin good dude, I bet you get twice as much off that SS as I do off of any one of my plants. Thing looks like a beast.

Day 31 of Flowering:

My apologies, I passed out in my computer chair with peanut butter pretzel sandwiches in my mouth trying to get these pics to upload. Today is actually day 32, but these pics are from yesterday. They are fattening up, except for the WW & the TW, which just don't seem to be swelling up like the Diesels or even the bagseeds are. I'm guessing it's the soil medium.
