The colas still seem to be bulking nicely! Pistils are still pretty white which usually means the bud is still bulking and growing. Fucker looks all horned out, the density looks fantastic. I can't see it from your perspective to gauge the trichs but I will tell you that I'd be chopping a couple side branches off to trim and dry for an appetizer in a few days
Peep the buds with the more red hairs and check the trichs. Those would be good candidates for a taste test
Chop a branch that looks riper(er), trim it and dry it. I'm fuckin stoked about how nice those look. That is one badass first grow fo sho.EDIT
After looking at your pics again it looks like one might be riper than the other. Does that sound right?

Yeah that one cola is getting bigger by the day hah. The trichs are real milky from what I can see. I'll definitely take your advice and chop a little for a taste test. Yeah the slimmer plant seems to be a lot riper.

I don't usually flush. I'm flushing for the first time right now and I must say I won't be doing it again. Some people flush for 3-7 days and as many as 10 in some cases. I overdid it and went about 10 days and the plants are looking pretty sick with about 4-5 days left on them. Really a matter of preference and opinion although some people say that science supports a flush.

Your gunna want to flush them with 10 gallons per plant over a week. Purge them of all the nutrients in their system in order to bring out the full flavor and color, this should only be done right before harvest after they have finished their bulk. They arnt going to get smaller lol. When you think they are finished wait a few days to gauge how they are really doing. I always do it by calendar till the end then I go to checking each plant everyday in order to get the desired smoke effect ie. Longer = KO smoke while Shorter = UP smoke. FYI the hairs will turn red with the flush so check those resin glands for the real timing.
Cal mag is a must none of your FF products have it as far as my knowledge, look into molasses for the week flush also but might be to late for that.
And Flushing is a MUST think about all those salts built up in the soil wash em.

I'm actually using the general organics biothrive line with the addition of big bloom. The biothrive line includes CaMg+. And there isn't much salt build up since everything I use is organic. I stayed away from fox farm because grow big and tiger bloom are synthetic.

Thanks man! When I bought the clones I was told it was somas nycd. But who knows, the guys a stoner and could've given me nypd for all I know.

Hahah thanks man, ya he was pretty surprised at how much they produced. You were definitely right when you said they would pass up the mother. I can't wait for the next grow!There he is! Sweet pics dude, you did a great job on these. Like I said about half way through, I think these will be nicer than their mum

The flavor and odor will get better ever day. Burp those jars every day for about 15-20 minutes if you can in a low humidity area. Gonna stank it up but it will keep getting better
