Odd question about CFL lights

Ok so here is my "dilemma"...
I have two thirty gallon tubs that I'm about to paint white,
I have one tray with 20 pods that I planted seeds in yesterday and today unexpectedly I ended up with 5 clones, 4 I'm selling and one I'm keeping..
I also Have 4 100 watt CFL "sunlight" light bulbs.. Originally they were bought for the one clone

I WANT to try to just stack the bins on top of each other, keep em seperate for now and leave try to divide the bulbs between the two bins until like less then a week from now when I'll have more money...

Is that a bad idea? Should I do 3 lights in the bin with the clone or should I do 2 in each or what... Any Advice is greatly appreciated

In an hour or so I can get up some pics if that would help

Pics would certainly help. If your looking for an opinion..here is mine. Since both the clone and the seedlings are in need of 18/6 I would drop them in the same tub with all your lights. 2 or 3 may work for the seedlings for a little while but your clone will need as much light as possible. Id keep them all under the same light. Perhaps someone else can offer up a better suggestion. Thats just my 2 cents though.
