Odd Super Black Burns on leaves,

Hey Guys, first of all thanks for reading, and hopefully helping me. Im new to this whole thing so Im sure this has already been adressed already somewhere, but as hard as I tried, I cant find anything on the Issue presenting itself. This is my dirst Grow, the two strains im growing with being bubblelicious and Raspberry Cough both from nirvana. Ive put them in a Grow Tent under Generic Bulbs, 1 150 Watt and 1 with just 100, altough I was aware that these were less than optimal I didnt have any choice, sincemy Money had already been swallowed by Basic Nutrients etc. so it was just today that I was able to cange them out for a Roleadro 180watt Ufo Led grow light, that seems to be doing them good already. However three days ago I first spotted what seemed to be awfully dark spots on some of the younger and older leaves indicriminantely, Acompannied by severe wilting of said Leaves. Now it is important to Note that I have had quite a problem with a mildew infection, that I now manage to keep in check by spraying each day with a 10% Vinnegar water solution that seems to be doing its thing really well, or at least did seem to until this mess started... Help would be extremely appreciated, the Problem doesnt seem like the type that will kill the Plant, but it also doesnt look healthy either (duh..!). Thanks in Advance, and excuse my spelling errors, if there are any :)

Not enough light, not enough Nitrogen, too wet, root bound, shit soil and some kind of minor nutrient burn maybe?
I'm going to go with possible soaking wet brown roots that are going to die, but you might pull it out.

Let it dry out and repot in soil with a lot more aeration (perlite)_ and hope. Don't overwater.

And stop spraying it, get a fan.

Fans don't do the trick Im afraid, as I do own one, and it doesn't manage to keep all leaves from having an outbreak ( keep in mind the powdery Mildew are sadly still in there ) Well I don't think its too much Nitrogen either, symptoms wise from what Ive heard it may rather be a nitrogen toxicity. Its not Root rot, I checked on them recently ( they're slightly discolored from the nutrient Mix) but they aren't rotting, and smell normal. I don't think I water too often only about once or sometimes twice a day, that was however when they were still in smaller buckets, with the added heats they often dried quite a bit. sometimes the topsoil was legitimately hard wich isn't good of course, it was an accident, but that does seem to eliminate the possibility of the roots drowning. Thanks for the feedback, it be nice if you'd continue to help out over here, I really am trying my best here :S

What and how much nutes are you giving? How often and how much are you watering? What soil is thst? Looks like a few issues
I have used Nutrients by Bio Bizz, called Bio-Grow, and they seem to work fine, since I bought the generic Try Pack I also own, to other ones, one for bloom and one for early flower I think, however I obviously don't use these. Ive however also used some selfmate Compost Tea (aerated), and I think this may be the issue here. I remember giving them almost pure Compost tea by accident ones, and Its possible that that severely messed up PH and the hotness of the Ground. Any thoughts?
EDIT: Its odd new parts of the plant do seem to be almost completely unaffected, having my Hopes up that it stays that way.

Number 1 why growing in an area infested with pm? You are not going to have a successful harvest in there imho. And besides the whole pm issue it looks overfed overwatered and underlit.

I know that the area infested with pm isn't ideal, but that was also my fault ( most likely) Since I wasn't aware of the fact that you shouldn't be spraying when theres no light ( common fu***ng sense, I know) so im to blame for that as well. I am changing locations, at this very moment, because of that exact reason, and I know that I fucked up big time with the pm. This grow likely won't be ideal, but im not willing to kill them off, after making the effort.
EDIT: This grow already isn't ideal...

Get more light, let the soil dry out between waterings until it is dry at least 1/2" and preferably 1" down and re-pot it into something bigger and with better soil. You might want to get a de-humidifier, your shit seems damp if PM is that bad of a problem. Don't fuck with nutrients until you get the light and watering fixed. I am certain you are overwatering. Good luck, keep on keepin' on.

Thanks dude/guys im honestly thankful for all te info, and pointing out all the things made me actually more motivated to safe this Grow. Went and picked up a Fan, gonna get some perlite tomorrow, grow shop didnt have any anymore. As for the Issue with the light, they have been looking a lot better under the huge LED, wich was to be expected but certainly is assuring. Hopefully Ill be able to give an update if everything goes right, I'll make sure to let you guys know. Thanks and peace from Germany.
