I am a idiot. I neglected to get a inline carbon filter and i just started the 4th week flowering. The room dont smell at all but outside the house and about 3 houses down each way smells like dank in the air. My room vent to outside can i just put a couple of the carbon filters that look like ac filters on the exhaust end? I dont have enough money to get nothing big please help Damn cold nights
