I done verm and brf in jar then put water in will it still work?
im sorry your wording is a little strange.. what exactly do you mean? you put dry verm and dry brf in the jar then added water? you probably wont get the correct consistency to spawn onto.
the ratio is 1 brf 1 water 2 vermiculite. mix well.

or do you mean you want to leave it in the jar to dunk and birth? like, soak IN THE JAR and allow it to fruit from the jar? it will work but you will get many aborts from shrooms trying to grow on the sides where the moisture content is really high but they wont be able to get out the top of the jar all the time and could rot and become a slimey mess. its best to birth the cake and soak in sterile water, completely submerged, for 12-24 hours

read this first and get to know what you are doing. there are tips that will help prevent failure due to contamination.
this first link will provide detailed instructions on brown rice flour or BRF spawn techniques.

https://mycotek.org/index.php?threads/brf-tek.122/

and here is a detailed instruction on how to make a mushroom fruiting chamber this is called a Shotgun Fruiting Chamber. or SGFC for short
http://freshcapmushrooms.com/learn/how-to-build-a-sgfc/

Do not alter any of the details in the directions!!!! except for the following details which i have found to work well:
An air pump can be used by sliding the pump's hoses through two of the holes you will have drilled and leaving the pump on the outside of the chamber. Use airstones to diffuse the air into the water. Place the air stones in a plastic cup and fill with sterile water. change the water with fresh sterile water once a week and top it off periodically throughout the week. This will spritz water around in your chamber. i have noticed mushrooms will produce more on the side facing the bubbling water. This is clearly because they enjoy the moisture.

You can cover all of the holes above the perlite line with micropore tape to prevent bugs from entering. If you arent using an air pump you may still do this but will likely have to provide extra fresh air exchange.

THIS IS A MUST!!! raise the fruiting chamber off of the table it is on by placing upside down cups under each corner. this will allow fresh air exchange through the bottom and excess moisture wont build up into standing water. you do not want standing water in the chamber. but you do want 100% humidity and frequent fanning. you will learn what works best for you as you practice.

i recommend making new spawn jars constantly so you have room for error and to find niches that work well FOR YOU

I know you use verm then water then brf but I made a mistake and put verm then brf the water.

Just wondering if it will be OK and they will germinate

if you just used spores for inoculation, and your technique was thoroughly sanitary, they will germinate. but starting from spores takes a longer amount of time until full colonization, which increases the chance that you could pick up a contamination somewhere along the way. the two things that you don't want to happen is to get a contamination, or the mycelium stalling out if the network is not strong enough to fully colonize. its much more common for a contamination to occur than it is to stall out, but chances of both are increased when starting a cake with spores. what size container or jar did you inoculate?

Honestly, guys just try corn or popcorn, heck you can buy whole kernel chicken feed to save even more.
You will never go back to messing with flower again.
You Pressure cook them in water till they are cooked through, break one open now and then to check.
Take your clean jar, pour some verm in the bottom to lift the cake up. Now add corn and about 10mm verm over it all.
Cap and cover with foil to keep condensate out. pressure cook until sterile, let them cool.
Knock them up, spray to the side of the glass and let it run down. spray only one spot (yeah I know you think it goes faster to cover it all. (not unless you use an isolate)
Put them somewhere dark and go on with your life.
