normal temperature with the lights on and the door open is like 76 with a high temp of 81... if i have to keep the door shut and locked all day (i've only done it once) the temp will get up to 91. The lowest it gets is 71. The humidity stays around 50%

i bought a 65w cfl monster today. Its big and I'm trying to figure out the best way to hang it. I'm wondering if it would have been better to add 2x42w cfls but I bought the big one cause there was only 1 left and I've never seen it before.

Only $16 too.

Cool she will love that light ... it is at 2700 kelvins right ???? soft white ... Great for flowering ...... Just make sure the temps stay cool and she will love you back:weed: ... dude make a bad ass reflector for that light .... push come to shove go to the dollar store and get the biggest one of those throw away tin pans...get the biggest like for a turkey or lasanha or something and make that thing work...and think horizontal when placing bulb more light gets to the baby that way when used with a good reflector

Yes it's a soft white bulb. Yeah, I want to put it sideways... guess I'll have to rig something up.. i have it in there with a socket splitter so it's at an angle.

also, temps have been staying the same. I thought the big 65w would be hotter but it doesn't seem to be. I can still touch it with my bare hands.

what a difference 1 week makes.. the buds are looking great. They're really going to explode soon. It's just one plant right?

Yeah, I'm following your grow too.. just a little bit ahead of me.

So it's just the one plant, I have no idea what to expect as far as yield. I'll be happy with an 1/8th. Do the buds fill in the gaps between them on the stems? Like I noticed on both our plants right now there are little buds on the top then an inch or so another bud... does that space all fill in with bud??

they fill in a little as you may see between 3 to 5 weeks.. i think if the node growth was closer it wouldn't be like that, maybe it cause of the cfl's im not sure but i don't think it will be one solid nug like you are thinking

You are about 3 weeks into your flower stage.. give it about week 5 and 6 then you will start to see the fill in... sometimes its the last two weeks when you flush,,but they will fill in more then they are now... just keep doin what you doing and keep those lights as close as possible ( you might get a little leave burn somtimes. just reposition)... cfl have to be close as you already know...Hey has it been two weeks yet since you started that big bloom if so give her a heavy dose next watering

yeah I'm gonna hit the heavy feeding of Big Bloom next watering which should be in 2 days.

How long do you think this gal is gonna want to flower for?

If using just Big Bloom should you use the instructions on the back of the bottle, cuz Im pretty sure the schedule on the site is for all the FF nutes together.

I say you got at least 5 more weeks ( at the least) maybe more...start checking your trichomes with a pocket microscope ( radio shack ) at about week 8 of flower.... If they are clear ..wait ..... cloudy ( head high )... amber ( couch lock high ) get them about half and half or more cloudy or amber depending on which high you like ....but if they clear you wait....my guess is she will be ready around the end of Sept ( just a guess ).... :weed:
