win or lose, the attention is total WIN! Dont we all just want the freedom and truth? I know thats kinda generic, but at least people are really getting into the discussion. Hasnt anyone else noticed the influx in news coverage and shows about marijuana? Some bad, but some actually nuetral. I dont know how I feel about prop19. I think its fail, but I really hope its "fail" wont be misviewed as people prefering the current status. I wont be convinced until I see a prop that includes setting free all the men and women in prison over MJ or the plead down to charge of tax evasion. Will opening this one small door be the mechanism that closes a ton of others? I really hope this is just the beginning to a very complex and global issue. I thank Cali for at least having the nuts to push some limits. Without a test subjexct, reform will take even longer. Grats California!! Please dont quit the fight!

Thank you for fucking it up for the rest of us California!
right!!

hahahhahaha

I was really hoping for CA to legalize though, for the sake of the nation AND world. I mean politicians are straight BITCHES, they don't want to do anything radical because they want to get re elected and don't want to push peoples issues too hard. They're always saying, "oh we wont have medical cannabis because its still a federal law, and I uphold federal and state law blah blah blah"

You could just be like, "well california fuckinglegalized, and they are doing fine, just created a good amount of jobs and there is less money being spent and an economy has been created, and look at these statistics"

Cant say SHIT to that, all politicians can do is speculate the worst possible outcome and say thats their reasoning.

Why shouldn't weed be legal? Because people probably will crash their CARS high on pot, because that will probablly increase drug trafficing, because that probably wont have any effect on crime rates, because that probably help the issue of a growing drug cartel problem south of the border. Yeah fucking right!

That's funny...cuz I started to add that you all can go back to bashing Cali...and we might fit your description, but at least we can read, and care enough to do so.

18 year old even offers to give pot to a 17 year old = 3, 5 or 7 years in state pen...Cops break up high school party...smell pot...arrest the 18 year old senior who had weed in his pocket...charge him with a felony.

Unfortunately I understand that this is ok with "the rest of the world" as long as they can feel as if they are closer to legalization.

What those who live out of state and did not bother to read the initiative online don;t understand...and although even the ballot said "legalize Marijuana"...this was NOT legalization...only veiled prohibition guaranteed to be held up in courts in all but the most pot friendly counties

Stupid is as stupid does.
