OG18, High Thc, and Anxiety

my skywalker behaves much like og18 or maybe holy grail if you've grown them. kind of a trainwreck light. they grow pretty vigorous and hard but if your not careful they will stretch all over your room. i use High stress training techniques mixed with some LST tricks and she always bushes out and gives me 12-16 colas up top. my skywalker is a very vertical grower, just plan for that and you will be very happy.

id say the buzz on skywalker is kinda like og18 too but with maybe more of a social fuel in it. makes the conversation in the room get a little louder I've noticed. everyone gets a little more emphatic about whatever there talking about. its one of a fav flavors of all time too. very unique.

Heres some Og18's that got a week or so left on em. don't mind the orange tint i didn't take the time to balance the color and just went with auto white balance and as you see it was a little off.

I've 3 RP fem OG18's 7 weeks into HPS flower, two are 7' and one about 8', and almost can't wait. And yes, my first grow indoors. The 'book' says a 9 week flower, but after reading a lot on this site so I wonder if the 9 weeks is to amber tri's or clear/milky? It seems there are a number of opinions about when the best time to harvest, so I wonder about the time to really be watching for the time to chop. No samples taken yet as all are clear, but very tempted. Big Bloom has now been stopped and they now get only water. Boy are they drinkers - 3L pots [I'll probably change to 5L next time]!
Also, since they were under MH at 24/7 during 4 week veg, would cutting that back to 18/6 reduce the height for my next grow or are they naturally really tall? They went to 12/12 after about 3 asymmetric branching.

Ya they are really tall. she's a fight to get good structure out of. gotta plan way ahead for her to wanna reach and get her in soon enough. this strain made me fall in love with T5 veg lights. i bought an 8 bulb light when i started my second go with this and i couldn't believe how much it helped. Ive gotten a few og18's that gave me 5 oz but those were not the norm. 2-3 oz is more the norm with her in 5 gallon buckets but its so worth it.

Thanks for the confirmation and suggestion of tubes instead of MH, was wondering about it . Would never have expected this height but it's been fun watching. Some pics below to show the difference in size and leaf structure. The taller shows thinner fans than the shorter two. Again 7 weeks of flower and today I notice they are beginning to show some frosting. Should I expect much more fattening of the buds or does this look about it? [Not good with pics and color correction as yet ]

is this from recent or old stock?

uhhhh pretty recent. as in like since the seed was popped? i guess i have no idea i got the clone just over a year ago. I still run it, smoking it right now
