The mother should have taken the responsibility herself instead of making the state discipline her son. Or, he was already on probation so maybe he was a terrible kid and the mother had all she could take.

10 years is a generous amount of time to spend on a fuck off kid... 13 years, and I would've been burying him in the back yard and moving out. I say the kid is lucky he hasn't driven his mother to commit suicide already.

The mom played this bad, I was worst then this kid, when I was younger than him. And I can tell you this kids going to run away as soon as he gets the chance, and hes never going to trust his mom again. If people thought he was bad before wait till he has to get money to pay freinds rent, and buy food.
