in 5th week of flower and light been on for 4 hours and power turntable off bcuz of weather... am I screwed??

You're fine. You would have to dick with the light schedule like that every day for a week for them to re-veg. Keep your ballast off until you know your power is back on for good, then turn em back on.....and then go buy a cheap generator to keep that shit from happening again.
