Title says it all... is thc oil illegal when having the caregiver/patient card? I know "synthetic" weed is illegal but thinking thats more along the line of that crap from gas stations and smoke shops that made you trip for 2 minutes like idiot... may start making some for a patient but not worth it if its not legal.

I don't think they have a major problem with the actual oil. What they care about are the makers of the oil. I have met those that had major accidents with oil, with half of their face melted off with a flash flame. When you have idiots running butane in a kitchen, with pilots on, and even smoking, you have some major accidents, and the law don't like major accidents.

I think it is different in each state, in cali, because it is manufactured with another chemical the local cowboys will arrest and charge with felony, it might be something you can fight, but, reading the law it is the chem extract that is not ok but water and dry sift are specifically stated to be ok. I don't know how the law its in other states, but I'm sure if you read up on your state you could figure it out pretty easy.

I know they fine now lol... cops came in to my place and i had 4 grams of oil and half oz of meds and 12 plants. Nothing was said about it. They didnt even ask to see my lease. (I dont grow at home, which is address i put down on application) so i guess its good to know you dont have to only grow at the address on application.
