Ok, I confess

I'm beginning to get very paranoid. This is my 1st grow, I've got 3 females almost 2 weeks into flowering. I haven't had too many troubles and when I do I always find answers here. I'm just starting to get paranoid as hell. I know this is probably common, but I'm beginning to ask if its really worth the risk. I do NOT want to go to prison, especially since I'm about to graduate college. I mean, I'm very low key, I don't deal to anyone directly, I have little to no traffic in my apartment ( yes, apartment). I'm afraid some freak accident will happen when I'm away and I don't even want to imagine the consequences. I'm thinking about chunking my babies. I just can't make up my mind. Any opinions???

I used to do the same thing. But when i realized that there were ppl on this site mind you growing plants that covered an entire house, i chilled out. I mean youre growing on the same scale iam.. just to please yourself right? maybe make a little extra cash if you want to. main thing to do is TELL NO ONE! easiest way to keep trouble away.. and of course control smell and light exiting the house. Also one question. do you know when ppl are scheduled to come by for maintenance?

unless your neighbors can smell them you have poor equipment or have bad wiring in the walls then you don't have much to worry about unless your sloppy and spill water all over your stuff or something or have poor ventilation and a hid light.

Not exactly, they only come by once a month to spray for bugs....so far anyways. I did plan it so my light cycle is at night.....that way I'm almost always here. No one should need to come by for maintenance after about 5-6 pm.

Are you using something o control odor? Are you a shitty neighbo? Loud music parties that sort of thing? Are your neighbors old or young?

Let's see.....as of right now no odor control (besides a bunch of candles, potpourri, plug-in fresheners), no loud parties on my part, and she's young. But I did hear she told on her other neighbor for having a dog indoors.

that is totally different, a dog makes noise plants don't you ought to try befriending her as it will be harder for her to turn you in if she likes you as a person. Might want o get some odor control going a diy carbon filter couldn't hurt.

Well, the mailman once put her mail in my box so I knocked on her door to give it to her. Maybe she thinks I'm nice or something.

great start, next time you get a chance offer her help with groceries or something. Just stay in her good graces, and you are set! Maybe making a diy carbon filter would help also.

Can carbon filters be used even if I haven't constructed ventilation? Ventilation to my crop is opening the door and pointing in a fan.

hmmm not really.

Then a smelly room seems to be my next trial.
