Ok , Real quick question.....Confused!

ok me and my cousin have an on going argument going on, His theory is that the for example if u have 2 setups with exactly the same equiptment,lights,etc...And one room has say 15 plants and the other has only 3, the one with the 15 plants will have more bud than the one with 3, To my knowledge or my beliefs i thought the amount of plants doesnt matter, but the watts in your room, Who is right in this case??

If the 15 were all stuck together and didn't have proper place to breathe and get to the light probably... Though if using common sense and positioning the plants so they are evenly getting light and well vented, and of course assuming its all the same strain, easily you would get more with 15 plants than just 3

It would depend on your setup(space) and lights.....one 600w light and you will be better off with 3 plants, if you have 5 lights, you will be better off with 15 :weed:
Where the line is is up for debate, and depends on your setup. Some of the crazy circular grows for example do a heap of plants off one light.

15 plants in a closet grow??? 3 plants in a factory in amsterdam???

each grow room is setup to suit a certain type of grow so it all depends on your particulars, 3 big plants could yeild more than 15 small 12/12 clones or vice versa. Its more to do with the complete setup spec, the grower and technique used than solely how many watts available.

all depends on the way you grow. although, more times than not 15 plants will give you more than 3, all variables constant. 400w lamp on 15 plants grown for 4 months will give you more than 400w lamp on 3 plants for 4 months. you will have those 3 plants that are under the lights "sweet spot" then the other 12 that are still getting light although not as good light...if you have 3 plants under a 400w you will get a nice yield. if you have 15 plants using a sog method under a 400w you will get a better yield...realistically 15 95% of the time

had a buddy get 2.2lbs out of a 100 3ft tall plants!yeah i laughed too! only had t-5 3 8bulb
Hahaha...I'm trying to pull that off one plant.

Yea depends on how you setup or grow man. If the 3 plants are vegged for a couple months and the 15 are flowered right away the vegged plants will outweigh the others.
