OMG! Fuckin Landlord Stopped by today

Man u r so lucky, my landlord walk in on me smoking a bong in the shed once and he just smiled and said dont worry i smoke too, then he left never ever had a prob with him, even when we got raided he didnt say anything to us just said i dont care what u do, just pay rent on time man, its the best house for weed too, its a cyclone resisted house with thick concrete walls and when the doors are shut its very hard to get into.

He didn't notice you moved the cabinet..? o.o

No I dont because I went down stairs to talk to the guy and saw half the wall torn down in an attempt to find the problem

How long did it take you to answer the door? Do you think he heard you moving furniture around while he was waiting?

Answered the door pretty quickly and asked him to wait while I put on a shirt, Then moved the cab. Dont think he heard anything

You said he looked at the spot where your cab was because of the leak but you say you moved a file cabinet in front of the vent hole?

Yeah the leak is in the exact same spot where my cab was but in the down stairs apt. I put the filing cabinet there just so he wouldnt ask questions about the hole. He didnt need to move a small little filing cabinet to check the wall and carpet for signs of moisture.

I'm just trying to figure out why he wanted to check out your pad in the first place.

He never saw the original placement of the cabinet so I dont think he would care where it was.

My landlord is the man. I live in a college town and everyone here is students and smokes tons of weed. He's seen me and my friends smokin lots of times and never says shit. Saw my plant too and just doesn't care.

Im sure that wouldnt have been the first time that has occurred. I really dont think that he was interested in anything other than the potential leak. They are coming back today at 2:30 to do another inspection. I made sure to work my schedule around being here during this inspection. I have recently shut everything down due to the fact that my little seedling turned out to be a dud. I am gonna wait til everything settles before continuing with my little project.

Waterproofing is a must will get you caught faster then anything else so many people forget it. Always make sure you have something to catch execess water Always happy growing.

Yeah the main reason I decided to go Super Stealth was because of the apartment inspections. I feel like I have succeeded in my goal.

u succeeded 4sure. Remember, ignorant people are happy people. Don't ever give your landlord a reason to pay you an unexpected visits. Do they have a regular schedule for pest extermination?

Not that im aware of but they do tend to give like a week advanced notice. Only reason they wouldnt would be for an emergency situation. I dont think they would suspect much anyway.

Very night setup in that cabinet. I feel so lucky to live in a medical marijuana state, be a legal patient, and not have to deal with these kinds of scares.

NICE cab bro!!! thats why they call it stealth bro im building a 3x3x5.5 cab with a shelf at 24" so i can veg and flower at same time..150w cfl with a 23w's in the bottom section and a 200w hps in the top with 4" fan and filter...bigbud i think ive seen you in another thread, about the state we live in

Thanks NCG and you are correct about the place we live in thread Your Cabinet sounds like it would be very versitile. My problem now is that I have to grow from start to finish in the same cab and cant start a new one til its done. Trying to convince a buddy to keep a mother but he seems reluctant.

You could just change the light cycle to veg unless you already have somebody flowering in there. That is the pain in the ass im dealling with (or gonna be anyway). Thought about building another cab just for veg but was affraid it would look suspicious if I have a bunch of giant Armiore's sitting around in this little apartment. Like im a fucking armiore collector or something
