I have been starting to have a pretty intense but pleasent smell throughout my house. I am about to pick up some Ona Gel to see if that will have any effect. Its gonna be in a closet about 3ft by 5ft anyone know how effective it is or anyone other products that will prove more effective?

not very in my opinion. i had used it in the past and known people who use it. it is great for masking odor.. when your house starts to get the nice aroma, ona will just mix another smell in with it. it will not eliminate. basically the same as plugging in glade plug ins every where.. if you want to try eliminating the odor, invest in a can fan and carbon filter combo. probably want a http://htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=52609 which will cost more, but actually do something to minimize the odor.. again, this is just my opinion from experience. ona helps but DOES NOT GET RID OF ODOR!

Its not going to get rid of it completely but it will help. get a paper plate and spread some out. I tried it and ended up getting a carbon.

The link I gave you is for a homeade carbon filter, would cost at most 10 dollars... ONA is just as much...

stays relevant.
dont keep the ona in the same room as your flowering plants. your plants will quickly take on the smell and taste of the ona, and you will be left with nasty crap that tastes like laundry detergent.

Have used ONA before and now after I got my Elf Can Fan. I like to keep it around in case smell gets out of hand. Keeps the wife quiet and it has a pleasant smell. Hides the smell nicely heading into flower!

i don't use ona but i use a similar product they sell at lowes....its an odor obsorbing gel. It works works for me. I put one right in front of my exhuast and i don't have a problem. I have three ...three foot plants and have no problems.

But yea just don't put it with the plants...cause it does not taste very good....my first mistake..

so I looked up that carbon filter link and my first plan was to go buy the supplies until I stumbled upon a carbon filter while I was at work. I bought it along with a basic air purifier. I inserted 2 carbon filters in were the filter is and it works perfect costed less then 40 bucks thx for all the advice
