One gnat

I have a 6 day old seedling going right now. When I go to check on her i sometimes see one little gnat flying around. I have tried to mash it but it is too fast. This is my first grow and I started in a clean closet so this thing most have come from the promix seedling mix i used.

I am just worried that it could take this little plant out seeing as how its only 6 days old and probably doesn't have that many roots yet. This is my only plant too, so I have to protect her. Should I get some nematoads and put them in the soil or what would be the best option?

i just talked to the guy at the local store and he recommended AzaMax. I asked if he thought it would be ok for a young plant and his response was "I guess" Id like something a little more solid than that. I did a google search but nothing comes up about Azamax and seedlings. Any thoughts?

I bought nematodes and yellow sticky traps, fuck em! It sure is lonely in here.
