look at finding out why your groth is delayed i only grow in soil cant be much help but brother you should be further by this time....good luck

yea i didnt feed them for like 3 weeks just water and with rockwool they say as soon as they come up start feeding them only started feeding them like a week ago

Yeah your plant had no nuitrients. Soil you dont have to nute for 3-4 weeks just them them live off the nutrients in soil, but hydro you have to give them food...

Feed them. Dont over water. Keep an eye on her, see what happens over the next week.
