One of my babies needs help!

Hey guys i basically woke up and found one of my plant like this, They needed a little water so i thought that would do the trick but nope..Growing medium is Fox Farm Happy Frog Here she is>> All of my other plants is good what could this be and how can i fix it? Any suggestions?

Have you over watered? It maybe a sign of unde rwatering too. It doesnt look like it could be much more than that

Could be over, under or heat stress.

Yeah i really dont think its either sense i havent water for like 3-4 days execpt today

Under-watering and/or heat stress. What type of light are you using?

looks like heat stress..probably a little underwriting.. whats your temp at? make sure u have a fan on them?

Much better if you pour water morning and afternoon.
