Maybe some upstart who has not got any formal education like a degree in Agricultural Science or Horticulture or a similar education, like most modern farmers these days have.
Qualifications or not the person who over sees the day to day wishes of the boss (the farm owner) is simply called the Leading hand here on farms.

You can tell the master growers from the rest - they are the ones who run round this site with leds destroying all other lights with their ppfd before jarring wet weed at 62% rh that has better terps cause they know a thing or two about Uv....

Yep thems easy to spot :-)

Someone fluent in the science and art of growing..... not like were not on the internet and can just google up an explanation.

Still those with that skill set left when muppets here started turning the site into an led fest and then further into the toxic shite this market has become.
