I noticed that their websites claim to offer the lowest script fees but purposely neglect to post their prices. That's why I created this thread. Please post the price you paid for their services so we can compare. thanks

To start off, I read on another thread that Cannabis Advocates in Toronto charge only $100, walk-in, healthcard not necessary.

Simco holistic $300 plus tax for first script $50 for any additional scripts after the first

So I payed 390 something for two scripts

I wonder if that will eventually become a compromise between the colleges and pot docs. "you can have your clinics but don't bill ohip, charge private

In Ontario, they surely do. I wouldn't say it if it was not true and I feel the same way you do about it.
They should NOT be able to but they are. They bill for a regular Doctors visit. The rest people pay CASH for. lol

anytime i went to a chiropractor in ontario and i live here its not covered

Effective December 1, 2004, chiropractic services are no longer covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).

Does anyone receive government (OHIP) funding for these services?
No. The province no longer covers chiropractic services. People are responsible for paying the fees charged by chiropractors. People with private insurance may have these services covered in part or full by their private plans.

Does my employer now pay for the entire cost of these services?
Each individual employer needs to decide this matter. People should speak to their employer's human resources department for clarification of their coverage.
