yes i have opened three the first one got my money
first off think about security second off dont set up if you have flaws in your paper work second or third get an escape rout made up these two building have a funny story to it... but they usto take your shit and the shit you got on consighnment for the last one that is running has nothing to do with me but you need to talk to the city on great terms set up a plan to be filmed and transparent with money and taxes im not realy shure but my friend had to go through about a year of planning and folling city codes and all kinds of things if i were you i would talk to your city people first not the secretary but the people and how you will change the city with your tax dollars. thats were i would start!!!!!!!!!

its funny because after you get the okay from the city the cops turn into people and are even happy to help you.. Its crazzy but its true good luck..

I looked at it several times and had a few backers but was just too complicated and couldn't get enough people to add their name to create a society. I'm still thinking about it, my next step is to approach a local City Police office and talk to them first. This is still in brain storm stage and would like to have a nice portfolio set up to show them what my plan is worse could happen they say no lol.

Dispensaries are profiteers, too.
LA is difficult to open up a new dispensary. At least if you want to remain legal and not get raided you have to be open and running before a specific date aka pre ico

To gauge their first impression on it. If I'm gonna put in tens of thousands into this I'm gonna make sure I don't lose it all and minimize potential legal costs for me and who even would be working there.

Well the Winnipeg police told glen price it was fine to open up a dispensary and they left him alone for a month or so before they swooped in took everything and charged him. In theory your idea is sound but in practice getting the go a head from anyone in your local police/RCMP detachment means fuck all. Unless you're in a city with a municipal police force that's openly saying they won't investigate medical sales like what's happening in Vancouver you're really asking to be charged. I know you're in the lower mainland somewhere. RCMP rule the land right? You'd be better off operating a mail order service. It would be easy to get a large customer base as the current dispensarys offering mail order are either expensive or cheap and of low quality. $150 oz of AAA shipped would get you more business then you could mange.

It won't be in a RCMP controlled area. I know someone in Abby that was told ok from City Police but then months later the city wants them shut down. If I can get an ok or we wont look if you don't disturb then at least I might have some evidence for any legal issues. This will be mostly me an a buddy of mine so no other outside investor money that I wont care if its gone besides there is no dispensary there so there might be a reason why and if I can get a fuck you beat it of we'll stomp your ass it'll save some foot work and I'll just go and open up my Pho restaurant

I got a few years before I can do the Pho restaurant. My kid has two more years oh high skool after that we getting the fuck out of the lower main land. I'll have to sell my hydroshop in full or part and either set up a new one in the interior or a Pho restaurant. Have a good location for a Pho restaurant but not sure about the hydro shop/
