Opening a mmj business ??

I am interested in joining the rush and opening a business in the marijuana industry. Not a compassion club/dispensary, but similar in nature i suppose. I was wondering if anyone can shed some light and point me in the right direction. I'm just note sure what i need to do first. Obviously i cant just go get a business license and open up shop. Or am i wrong?? My second question is, is this all possible if i myself dont hold a mmj license. I dont see why this should be an issue. Pharmacists dont have a prescription to every drug in the pharmacy...Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought there were 6 or something dispensaries in the ok, which I assume all have business licenses..

I know there are 2 in my area for sure and 1 in vernon and Im pretty sure they sell cookies and such and Im positive they sell suckers because i have one in my freezer.

there is 3 in Vernon I know of, and more in ktown I thought. could be wrong about ktown
I don't think any have a business license. I don't think any in van city have a lic either and there is 60 there.
they pay taxes and rental on site ect but no business lic, the cities wont give a lic to a illegal store, the cops just allow some to operate. if you have a issue, they bust ya
I have no proof just like the hc court case, this is all talk lol and what ive heard lol
