keep the lights a few inches back and they wont get light stressed, and if you have proper ventilation and air movement then you dont need to worry about heat stress. as long as you give them at least 16 hrs of light they will vegg just fine but youll eventually need to get more lighting.

as far as seperating them you should be able to just gently pull the roots apart.
these plants are survivors they can bounce back from a little tear at the roots.

UPDATE...thanks spittin, Yesterday, temp was 90 in the "getto grow box" so i put them down in the basement, with the fan right in front of the window...droped to 70-75. I read on here that plant growth ceases when temp goes over 85. Still growin but starting to slow, i think mabey the roots are runing outa room. That would slow growth right?

yup, root bound will mos def slow them down.

-the good thing about them being in a clear container is that you can see if they are root bound and how tangled the roots get..

-the bad thing is that light will kill the roots if it gets to them so its not such a good idea to have them in that clear container.

U might wanna consider a transplant asap.

Weed can tolerate temps up to 85*F, any higher and you must supply co2. adding co2 to your grow can increase final yield by 30%-100%.

here's an easy way to create co2->

i would stay away from mg, just becuase although some people grow fine plants in it, there are just too many people compaining about the same problems with mg for me to wanna use it... i'm not going to say there isn't a miracle grow potting soil that doesn't have time release, but i can't ever remember seeing it, and i've been looking a lot...

but yeah, those are the reasons why, and they are good reasons to not use it (i've had plenty of nute burning as evidence, i promise)

i haven't used any rooting formulas so i don't quite have an opinion of that

best of luck!!!

Yea, one last thing, just for future reference you're always gonna want to use the dull side of tin foil. it produces a much more natural light and avoids hot spots.
