Opinions on a 250 CFL for a Tiny Cabinet

I'm considering using a 250w 2700k cfl for the ScrOG flowering section of a two-tiered cabinet. The dimensions are 2' 4" wide x 2' 9" high x 1' 10" deep.. (the upper section of the attached photo) ..I'm on a very limited budget and I think that this might be my best option. This is a link to the unit that I'm considering. I'm also considering using a 2 foot four bulb T5 set up. If anyone has any opinions regarding a T5 set up vs. a 250 watt cfl, I'd be happy to hear it.

Personally I would go with the big cfl overhead and later on add some smaller less costly cfls around the sides, depends on how big of a scrog your talkin
