Ok I've got a Sea of Green closet grow with a 600 watt HPS set up.

Flood and Drain method with 5 plants

Should I go with Opium or White Berry from paradise seeds

White Berry seems to be the hottest thing from them as of lately. Give it a try. I don't know why Paradise seeds doesn't tell the genetic backgrounds of their other strains. I'm interested in their Spoetnik #1 and Wappa but wonder what their genetic heritage consists of.... anybody know???

i picked up a a 5 pack of each and i currently have 2 whiteberry and 1 opium growing. they are just seedlings right now and on their first set of real leaves. they are fattening up. can't wait to see these girls grow up.

i have heard great things about both, i have a feeling the opium is going to be a great strain from what i have heard too. i couldn't resist, i had to buy both

Grew both. Opium loves a sea of green and has a higher yeild.! Potency White Berry for sure is much better. White berry taste better also. If your looking for a better high then go with White berry. I wasn't really impressed with the Opium high.

Mine are always outside grows. I use fox farms nutes. The Opium I had 3 1/2 oz per plant and the white berry around 2 oz per plant.

my whiteberry are starting off nice. the opium looks about the same except it is definately stretching out way more than the whiteberry. i have them all braced up, the opium requires help just to keep it upright. i have it under a 250 metal halide. the whiteberry appear completely happy with the 250w though. i like plants that don't require tons of watts to be happy.

gotta love the whiteberry so far though. they are looking really nice

Do you have both seedling's going right now?
yep, 2 whiteberrys and 1 opium have grown through the seedling phase and are really starting to produce big fat fan leaves. the whiteberry definately appear to be the perfect indoor plant because they are short and stocky. not stretching at all. the opium definately was stretching more and needed help to stay upright. both opium and whiteberry have fat fan leaves, the whiteberry supports its weight just fine though

can't wait to see these girls grow up!

well it has been quite some time since i last posted in this thread... but i do have an update.

the two white berry and one opium have grown into nice moms and they seem to constantly want to be cloned from! they sprout up like they love it. both the white berry and the opium bounce back super fast once clones have been pulled. a week later and you could pull as many again.

i have few white berry and opium flowering now (about day 25 i think) and they are looking great. the white berry smell very when you rub the leaves. they opium has taken on a definate grape smell.

the opium showed little white hairs first but the white berry quickly took the lead and has started to really bulk up. i would say 30 days more and thats it. should be maybe 10 days longer for the opium. they are all being fed molasses, pbp bloom, liquid karma, b'cuzz bloom stimulator, an voodoo juice, an pirahna

here are some pics (here is the journal)

It's like a secret recipe thing.

And from White Berry initially is Sativa awesomeness from the first few tokes, but as you up the dosage the Indica side of the plant kicks in and gives you a awesome stony feeling that will give you couch-lock if you let it.
