Yeah I don't see how 5 plants can provide enough for the ones charged, let alone there being a remainder for them to sell.

They didn't mention medical anywhere. Hopefully they are, as it should get tossed

Problem is anything containing THC is a weed in Canada. So if they wanted to be real pricks they could have weight all the plants too. Make sure you got no scales and baggies anywhere.

if charges are approved by the crown, you go all the way till the bitter end,
unless you mount a huge turmel style fight which will cost you a ton of time and smarts,
or hire kirk and plead guilty lol
prob get a discharge if your lucky
if this was bc you might not get charged, if you got nice cops

Hopefully crown attorneys will realize that cops are being fuking idiots, and when these cases come accross their desks they'll toss them out.

The money isn't even the issue, it's the principle. The numbers they're giving seem on the low end, but whatever. No one should be arrested for growing a plant ever.

I'm a little taken back by some of these comments about seeing it from leo perspective blah blah.
It's a plant. One that our newly elected leader was voted in for promising to legalize.
And the mmar to mmpr thing should be appalling to everyone. Every human being should have the same rights regardless

I was referring to some of the previous posts in the thread.

Maybe they sold to undercovers. The details are not clear on how they got the warrant in the first place. Probably not medical at all and just bm.

i really hope it's not all based on "someone" complained that they sold to kids. such a lame excuse and no facts to go on. i would like to see the person who claimed that, go to cops with person who bought it. if the claims prove to be false, i hope they charge that person..not with some dinky charge either.
i wonder if you charged the person who called in the bogus complaint with the crime they lied about-would that curb the lying/false accusations?
