Optimum ranges CF vs. EC

Wondering if anyone knows what the optimum nutrient range for CF measure is with Cannabis?

Found an article here that outlines some ranges:

EC Guidelines
Growth Stage EC Range

Seedling 0.8-1.3 (8 - 13 CF)
Clone 0.5-1.3 (5 - 13 CF)
Vegetative 1.3-1.7 (13 - 17 CF)
Flowering 1.2-2 (12 - 20 CF)

Translated using this chart

Can anyone verify those ranges? Does that seem like the right amount of nutes?

Clones 400ppm for 2 weeks, then I go up in intervals of 200ppm, I flick at 1.0ec, some strains gobble the feed up, some like it light.

Cheese is a hungry mfcka, red cherry berry likes it on the low side...

Really it depends on the plants telling you when they want more feed, they start going a lighter shade of green from the new growth

It all depends on what system your running and how fast the plant is growing. Ebbnflow is different than soil, and if your running four cfls you wont need as much food as with running 1000 w mh lighting. dirt, hydro? Its not a chart, its a talent.

Doing a hempy bucket with a Royal Queen Sweet Skunk Auto and about 15000 lumens of CFLs. Did a late transplant from a pottle to a bucket at about day 10 which caused the bottom leaves to yellow off. At about day 20 now and trying to gauge how much to feed hence making sure that I've got the right PPM. Bloody hard to tell with the yellow leaves tough - the top leaves look healthy. I did a full flush today and starting tomorrow I'm going to run with 1.3EC (650ppm) and see how it goes for the next few days.
