Orange Spots on leaves on day 90 since seed in soil

What are these orange spots? I started noticing them over the past 4 days?

Humidity= 67%
Growing media: promix mycorrhiza
pH runoff for all plants =6
Ppm: unsure what the ppm is but I stopped adding nutrients since Thursday March 19th because my leaves were burning.i reintroduced quarter dosage of recommended nutrients on mar 26th.

Wednesday Feb 19: 3ml/2 liter jug
Sunday 24th: removed clay pellets and watered
Tuesday Feb 26th: topped soil and watered
Saturday Feb 29: watered, topped soil and cloned for sex determination
Tuesday, Mar 3, 2020: watered 3.25 ml
Thursday March 5, 2020: fimmed, vivosun fan broke
Saturday, March 7, 2020: started watering 1.5liters/plant
Sunday March 8 2020: clone 2 day 0 cuttings taken,
Thursday, march 13th, 2020, watered
Saturday March 14th,2020 728 kwh
Monday, March 16th, watered Rockwool with ph'ed water and nutrients. Heater turned off today mid-day, but is working again.
Tuesday March 17th, watered 1.75 l/plant
Thursday mar 19, watered 2 liters without nutes and ph'ed
Sunday mar 22, watered 2 liters no nutes. Many burnt leaves on all plants. Increased light intensity. Moves clone dome to water heater room and rearranged plants. pruned.

Thursday March 26, plants were very dry but healthy. watered 2.5 liters per plant, 1 ml/liter nutes. Plants . Water every 4 days.

Friday March 27th: Started noticing many clay orange marking on intravenial portion of leaves on plants 2 and 6. Plant 1 has some reddish orange spots.

I suggest checking the pH of the medium, I suspect it's way lower than you might imagine. Thats the only time I ever see that stripey burn pattern.
