Ordered Seeds from Attitude... problems ensue.

So, I just ordered my seeds from attitude, and they were sent to royal mail the next day. Awesome! Royal mail was pretty prompt sending the seeds overseas, but a problem occurred... After looking up my reference number I get a response that says:

Your item, posted on 07/01/11 with reference XXXXX has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in BRAZIL.

This would be awesome if I lived in Brazil, but I don't. I live in the US. It's my first time ordering from attitude and I was wondering if maybe Royal Mail has a port in Brazil that they send shit to first? Should I contact attitude asking them to resend my seeds(I'm pretty sure I'm not going to see this mail)? Or do I contact royal mail and tell them they fucked up?

any issues occurred you gotta complain ASAP!!! at least let them know what is going on, dont assume its just a typo error on there part. i wouldnt be able to sleep if im in ur situation...at least if it didnt arrived you already gave them a heads up o the first few days it went out

ordered $500 in beans they charged my card but never sent me my tracking number, kept giving me the run around asking me for numbers from the email they sent. finally i had to call my bank and dispute charge, was suprised always hear good reviews bout attitude, now i gotta order from nirvana never had problems from them yet, but tired of there stains. this all happened last week.. call attitude and hopefully they give u better service then i got.

Whenever I had problems with attitude, I was afraid to call and waste a dollar a minute and not get anything fixed. So I sent an e-mail. Never got any response to that. I ordered seeds about 2 months ago. Wouldn't you know it, they showed up today!

Yea Jamaica New York you silly Man. Thats where all the international shipments go through. Brazil is weird... Yea call them or email them. I never had any trouble getting them to help me. They might send you a new one and you may get both so I'd call/email and complain. They may not give you a new order just because you can technically still track you package. Just not in the right country.

I once had an order go to Alabama and I live 7 or 8 states away. I contacted them and they resent the order right away....... I've ordered from them many times and always get my beans. I wouldn't order from anywhere else these days, except maybe Sannie's Shop.

Bring it to their attention before its status changes to delivered. That way they can see the mistake as it moves through the system. I am not sure if they can recall the package before being delivered or not.

Attitude intended to send the seeds to California, Attitude sent me a tracking number and links for both USPS and Royal Mail to check out the status of my order. It wasn't until the seeds were already delivered to Royal Mail that the problem occurred. For some reason my seeds got sent to Brazil, I'm hoping that maybe they are going to get relayed to California, but it's not looking very likely.

all in all theres nothing to worry about since attitude is legit and they have great service...im pretty sure too, that there sales right now is slow as fuck since they got no fuckin beans to offer and most of them are out of stock. so i bet they can handle your situation compared to the past few months when they got good promos and people are just buying seeds like pancakes...which i had issues with them and rachel was cool to get it right. but right now, ima take my money elsewhere since there stocks are shitty!!!

Try calling em at 3am central time, it was the only time the phone want busy.
I got ahold of em an they made my problem right.
Ill use em agian.

well theyre out of stock with some thing but they still have good stuff
. right now attitude is doing a special with paradise seeds and giving away pandora seeds if you buy any pack of paradise seeds but not the pick and mix.
paradise is underrated, they have some solid stuff like sensi star and sugar babe to name a couple. anyway i think with tude in the end youll be happy.

I sent them a pretty polite email. Brought up that someone could mistake California for Brazil... not likely but possible I guess... and that I'm pretty sure my "insurance" on the seeds covers them sending seeds to the wrong country. Hopefully good things will happen!

Attitude responded early this morning. They seem really nice and on top of their stuff. Turns out it was royal mail that fucked up, so I have to give them a week to ship it (standard royal mail procedure unfortunately), and if they fucked up (likely) then I get my order back!

Attitude is resending the seeds! Woot! Although I would have preferred having my seeds by now, at least they were nice enough to reimburse me. Thumbs up for them.

email them and ask them to view the USPS tracking info. You either have a bad tracking number or a long ass wait on your seeds. If it makes ya feel any better, my seeds were handed off to USPS two weeks ago and I still don't have them...
