Yes, I started out pre-harvest flushing but then one day decided to see what happens when you don't. I noticed no difference at all in quality, taste, or yield so I've stopped flushing at harvest time. It's much easier this way too as I no longer have to predict when to start flushing, rather I just feed normally until the microscope says to chop. Same with extended dark period, I cut that out too...

If you're looking for quality taste and smoke, drying and curing is where it's at...

Do you use organic nutes? I didn't flush my last harvest and my crop tasted awful. It wasn't organic though.
not to hijack dudes thread too much, but i use an's stuff, and don't flush either, simply cut back on the nutes the last week or so, and my shit never tastes bad.
are you doing a proper dry and cure??

well i think that bud tasted so bad because it dried a few days quicker than i would have liked. but i cured it correctly for about 2-3 weeks but after a while it stopped tasting better. i ended up making brownies haha

I'm looking for seeds to start a small indoor grow. It's my first time and I wonder if I could ask u all who do u recommend order seeds from and is there particular strain u would recommend for a first timer or does matter as long as it's good quality seeds?? Srry for butting n on ur thread didn't mean to be rude.

Nope, I use FoxFarm's non-organic (salt-based) ferts. You can feed full strength all the way to the end, as long as the bud dries and cures properly you'll get killer smoke. I don't want to hijack this thread any more than it's already been hijacked, but be sure to check the H&C forum for the guide(s) on using a hygrometer to dry and cure with precision. It's a gamechanger because the hygrometer takes all of the blind guesswork out of the drying and curing process. I was doing OK with smell/taste before but now I'm really nailing it, and it makes alllll the difference.

try using Foxfarm Ocean Forest and light Warrior is really good for people that are not comfortable with adding nutrients yourself..
