thats ridiculous, who do the local enforcement agencies have that is competent to name a strain by looking at it? and whats to keep breeders from printing new labels weekly and selling these strains under a different name?.....

people have been naming chucked hybridized hybrids of hybrids bred from hybrids for decades now. maybe oregan can do a gene test, find some fucking lineage, so that every tom, dick, and jane don't grow their first ten pack and name it something stupid... you know, because of the kids, not that someone else bred and stabilized the strain...
