Organic Nutes!

Is there anyway to make organic nutes? I've been told if the plant doesn't get nutes after a while.. it will shrivel up and die:[ So therefore, is there any way I can make a solution of nutes from the outside nature?

I really am not interested in buying anything.. I want to make my own if its possible.

ive grown a plant from start to finish with just compost tea ..in soiless mix .........
