I scored some 100% organic soil. What do i need to look for when using it? Ive read that you dont feed the plant, but the soil. Read that unsulfered molasses helps feed the soil...

You can feed both the plant and the microbes in the soil...feeding the microbes also helps feed the plant..use organic nutes. The microbes are not fond of the "salt" nutes . Stoof like molasses feeds both.
A can of red wiggler worms from petco thrown in wouldn't hurt lol. Gotta keep them fed to though...compost food scraps or make a blend with oatmeal cornmeal coffee ect sprinkle on top
