Maybe you could post a little more infomation on what you are doing.

Have you started 12/12, they where a little small maybe.

I am interested to see a NFT I think it is the first time I have seen one. I would like to se some more of how the system works.

I'm interested but I want to know more.

sorry mr green man, yes we have put them 12/12 they r just going into ther 8th day they wher small but lack of space& bud lol a NFT is uniquely simple.
It involves a shallow film of nutrient solution ( nutrient & water ) constantly recirculating past the roots of the plants.Nutrient solution is pumped from the reservoir up to the NFT channel, the solution flows down the channel over the plants roots and then drains off into the reservoir.ny this is the principle of an nft system

Have you had any problems with roots cloging up the system?

Why did you choose this system?

Woud it be possible for you to post a pic, from when the clones went in it and when you started flowing, and tell me how long it took.

I would also be intersted to know what Nutes you are running and at what strenph.

I would love to see any pictures of how the system works.
I grow DWC, but NFT was something I looked into befor I started.

well to tell you the truth m8 i dont know to much myself my system works on the bassis that you fill up a nutrein resvoir whitch holds 20 litres but we only fill it with about 15litres and in this we added quatre strength nutes at first (aqua vega A&B, Rhizotonic) we had our light at 18/6 this was a 250watt MH we used this for vegetation as it bushes the plant and made our way up to full strength nutes. We are now on 12/12 and currently using aqua floura A&B rhizotonic , canna BOOST & PK13/14 we olny added these yesterday and also added a 600 watt HPS power plant bulb our pump flows at a rate of 320 litres an hour & also to air8 the water alot we have a 12" air stone.
in this type of NFT we dont get any trouble with the roots as we are only about half way through our crop and our root system hasn't quite got that big yet but we shouldnt get any problems as we are using the GT205i system
I chose this system because i know a few people with these systems and i have also done a crop a few years ago in one and it went alrite till i had to pull the plug on the lot lol

hi i am in my 8 th week of flower with my white rhino.i veged for 30 days and now the plants have almost doubled in size.i expect to harvest in like another week and a half.so gonna let them dry out from now on.i only using a 250 mh.will change my set up for the next crop.i have got small buds,but hope they will be strong.good luck with your grow.

well another update the girls are flowering nicely they are on ther 13th day 12/12. i have changed my bulb to a 600watt hps and also started using canna flores, boost, & pk13/14 . what do you think so far any comments apreciated cheers tombong1

yes m8 but it works as a good support 4the plants, I put it up a bit late but u no first grow & all that

here we go ppl the long awayted updates lost the fking USB thingy for me camera got a lead thingy for it we are now running our nutrient at 30ml each of canna flores A&B + 40ml of canna boost + 8ml rhizotonic and finally 5ml of canna PK13/14 we are only using 5ml of the PK13/14 cos people on the other forums advise againts it but cannas mag recons it works well with boost heres a few pics wot do u think

Have you been using the P/K booster throughout flowering or just for a week or so, 3 weeks from the end?

NO we have got about 6 weeks left LMAO!!!
