outdoor, flower w#6-7, aphides and whiteflies. HELP needed

tried using water and dish-soap- all but killed the poor plant. now i need some good treatment, plants not doing really bad but getting worried. at the moment i try taking off as much of the aphids off manually, but i think its a battle i'm loosing. worried about using chem's because i'm late into flower and i hope to be be smokin' those nugs soon...

So what i do to kill em ****ers and keep my crop smokable at this stage?

you could try some kind of hot pepper mix, i wouldn't advise using neem oil this late into flowering because it will make you buds taste like shit. also make sure you lightly spray them or you will end up with mold on your buds you've been working so hard to grow..
