Outdoor Grow and Ready to Go?

First outdoor grow and honestly, it's hard to judge when these plants are going to be ready. One in particular looks soooo close and attached are some pics from two weeks ago, last night and today. The pictures are from the same plant and pretty close to the same location on the bud from each photo.

Yea I don't flush - flushing is bad. I did harvest though. These are seriously awesome and massive nugs!!!
